Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you up to 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

 • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 • You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

 Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send back your package.

 • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if:

 • Your item arrives damaged or defective, or

 • You receive the wrong item,

please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

If you’d like to replace your product with another, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

 • The item must be sealed, unused, and in its original condition.

 • For exchanges processed via shipping, an additional 2% of the shipping cost will be charged.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

 1. Return the product you have following our return process.

 2. Place a new order for the replacement product once the return is accepted.

Refunds

 • Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

 • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
